None. The app does not gather personal data, does not require an account, and contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking software.

Data Stored on Your Device

Your flashlight preferences (Morse code and strobe timing settings) are saved locally on your device so they persist between sessions. This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or anyone else. Deleting the app removes it permanently.

Network Access

The app does not transmit any information over the internet.

Device Permissions

Pocket Lantern controls your device’s flashlight through the operating system’s torch API. It does not request camera, location, microphone, contacts, or storage permissions, and cannot capture photos or video.

Third Parties

We do not share, sell, or disclose information to third parties, because we do not collect any.

Children’s Privacy

Pocket Lantern is safe for users of all ages. Because it collects no data, it collects nothing from children under 13.
